a tough game and close game down to the wire, Dixie State Drops their 3rd WAC Conference game against GCU after leading by as many as 8 in the 1st half and 7 in the 2nd half, GCU made a comeback and it was enough to shut down the trailblazers late, where Cameroon Gooden had a chance to send the game to overtime but misplayed the ball late with seconds to go. Cameroon good ended with 22pts, While Hunter Schofield led the way in scoring with 23pts and 9 rebs, Dixie state is 4-5 overall and 0-3 in WAC conference play.
