Kriss Akabusi MBE is a man most will recognise. Known for his medal wins in the European & World Championships and ending up on the podium in the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona after arguably one of the most exciting races, a race where he broke the British Record, Kriss has achieved an incredible amount in his life.
