Prior to COVID Cory had been working hard to reach a life goal of completing a marathon. He even went as far as rowing a marathon to help him plan for fuelling and the mental side of things.
The quarantine mean that his event was cancelled but that didn't stop Cory, he stayed focused on his goal, planned a new route and took on the 'marathon' task alone.
Hear his thoughts on the experience and how he overcame the massive mental challenge of a marathon.
