We have a tendency to look at people outwardly and assume that we understand them that we get them but this is so far from the truth. And we've even experienced being on the opposite side being the person looked on and people assuming things. Like, we've got it all together we don't need help, at any time ever. People assume they can just take and take and take from our wells and they will automatically fill themselves.

Often when we hear the word infirmity we think about a physical ailment or sickness. I believe by understanding infirmity all of its facets will enable us to better love ourselves and others, forgive ourselves and others, and move forward into better places and better spaces in our lives.

Season one is about love...
