• Niche/focus - One thing and do it well. Can trust that. 
• Client is Tech-focused - No design, need a full time 
• Client is sales/procurement focused - Not talking to end user at any time (lot of steps between the the user and the decision maker)
• Idea stagnation - Not sure what to do next, we either do or put a plan in place
• • Flexible, highly skilled (no B players)
