Agile methodologies are most often used by tech teams to ship new features.
Contrary to the conventional approach (waterfall), Agile approach doubles down on the flexibility of tech teams to be responsive to market and customer changes. Not only tech teams, but entire product teams have started adapting their workflows so they can work hand in hand with the dev team.
An agile sprint lasts between one and two weeks on average and offers less wiggle room for UX designers to practice their own design process. That's the source of complaints from many UX Designers.
