How was your Valentine's Day? Whether with someone special or by yourself, like me, hope it was a nice day. Or just another day as some folks, even couples, see it. :) 

I finally joined a gym! Yep! And so glad I did. Alright, as you guys know I'm a military veteran. And I was thinking that even though I started the first season with talking a bit about me when I was 18 I never really went into "detail" about what it was like joining the Navy. As in, what bootcamp was like for me. Let me tell y'all, it was hell! And it was amazing too. Joining the Navy changed my life, even if I didn't quite know if I was gonna make it out alive.
