Since the beginning of time, when a group of people started to employ another group of people to work for them and make money, they have devised several tactics to improve productivity ie., extract work from the given resource. With the advent and penetration of gadgets and internet, the whole of workforce across the world has been gamified making the workforce run behind something that is very hard of impossible to achieve.
