Since the beginning of time, when a group of people started to employ another group of people to work for them and make money, they have devised several tactics to improve productivity ie., extract work from the given resource. With the advent and penetration of gadgets and internet, the whole of workforce across the world has been gamified making the workforce run behind something that is very hard of impossible to achieve. As consumers we too play a part in somebody's such pursuit without even us realising.

A few days back I watched an YouTube video of a startup founder turned content creator. He put up valuable points of the cons of buying one's own house from a financial perspective. Today when I was scrolling through his twitter feed, he confessed that he does really own a house. so why does people who already own a house, discourage people from getting their own nest? What is the point behind this?
In this episode we explore the politics behind land ownership and the authority that comes with it. After seventy long years of independence, we still see that some strong forces which own majority of land, make it hard for the oppressed people to own a house or even a cent of land.

Tamil heritage is one of the richest as we all know it. The Tamil poets understood the value of documentation long ago and had documented everything from hunger, anger, war and love. The interesting aspect of it is most of the Sangam literature was written by common people, about common people and their lifestyle. Sangam Literature lets us look into the lives of men and women through the eyes of their lovers, friends, masters and also slaves.
We will never know if it was done on purpose or if that is the way they lived.
In this episode of the Tirunelvelikaran Podcast, we are looking at the food and cooking during Sangam period. And as a tribe, Tamils handed down the recipes and styles of cooking for 2300 odd years. What does it mean to us, the millennial?

But at the same time, it is made of the majority. What happens when the majority decides to do the witch hunt? Who will stand up to it and how?
The establishment have always tried to influence the majority to find an enemy in the minorities or a group of people who have different ideologies. Only a fair process of trail and investigation could make sure that it doesn't become a mob justice.
