Happy New Year!! For the First Episode of 2026 I recap the last two weeks of the year and the few days i had off in between the holidays & on what came up for me in the last 2 weeks of the year. A new year always brings the thoughts of what's next, what will this new year bring, who do you want to be and when you reflect and sit down with those questions sometimes the answers, the changes that are needing to be made show up so you can reflect and take the steps to make those changes happen.
