The Pentagon says it is pausing its plan to inoculate Guantánamo Bay detainees including 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. Meanwhile, closer to home some hospitals are being criticized because they are inoculating members of their boards of trustees and in some cases significant donors before those who have currently received the go ahead in the vaccine rollout plan. What should happen to these “vaccine line jumpers”? Should they receive a fine or be punished?
