  • Accountability Is The First Step To Changing Your Life
    Accountability and taking responsibility are really unsexy words or things to embrace, but in this episode I show you how embracing hard truths, eliminating the victim mentality, and taking 100% responsibility over your life when assessing the outcomes in our life we have produced so far, is the catalyst to changing it for the better and producing results we actually want. Those outcomes could range from every aspect of life such as the quality of your friendships, your performance or status at your job & career, your relationship with your family, your love life, your health, and more. Being an Albanian girl can automatically be the cause for a lot of shortcomings in your life. Without disregarding the real truths and struggles that Albanian women face, I'd like to introduce you to the more noble and productive approach for taking responsibility for all the outcomes in your life regardless of your gender, heritage, nationality, etc. In shifting our internal narrative to be more resilient, we can attain greater control of the outcomes of our life to make it more fulfilling for us. It is a hard, bitter sweet process but the more you are able to embody and embrace this approach, the more you will thrive and overcome the barriers placed upon you as an Albanian girl.
