What people may not know is that our senses hand us our experiences in life. When we give ourselves the opportunity to awaken each of our senses, each sense is inviting us to step into the present moment. 

When we pause and reflect on a moment, our senses are sending us information that allows us to truly discover and experience that particular moment differently. With greater meaning. 

This exercise is one small part of your Mindfulness practice but yet it is an effective part to your practice.
