This month we have had conversations with Women who are making big strides in their career, sitting in "big" chairs, we've been with those who wear heels in the boardroom!
From their stories, I learnt a number of things but I also got triggered to have this discussion on whether there is still need for the extra grace accorded to the girl child/ women in career. Is it still needed? How is it affecting the girl child with regards to their positioning for or in career?
