Winter + COVID fatigue is REAL right now! Motivation is down, Pizza and Netflix are up and most of us are in a funk. Let's validate that. BUT...what CAN we do to keep moving forward? Or, at the very least, not move backwards...in this episode I share a BUNCH of tips for adding just one little thing into your life that will create BIG changes if done consistently. I know we are all a little mentally tapped right now, but taking care of ourselves is super important, especially right now!
