Managing our blood sugar is THE key to managing our health, now and in the future. The problem is, NO ONE talks about it or educates us about the ramifications of having unmanaged blood sugar levels. Type 2 Diabetes, Cancer, Alzheimers/Dementia and Heart Disease are alllll caused by unmanaged blood sugar.
