Investigators say the remains of a missing Valley Center woman were found buried on her 20-acre property. Californians are headed to a special election in November, to vote on new democratic-drawn congressional maps. The City of San Diego says some parking meter hours will be extended by at least two hours and on Sundays in four neighborhoods. NBC 7's Marianne Kushi has this and more on Today in San Diego.
