Our conversation touches on stories from the book, how the authors came to work on this project and collaborated in the writing process, as well as how teachers might use the book in your classroom both for its content and as a mentor text. In addition to our recommendation that every teacher in Canada should read this book, we believe that every junior and senior high classroom and school library would be well-served by adding a copy or two to the bookshelf.
