The first service of 2022 went online only after a few staff members tested positive for Covid and others were out on vacation.

This service on December 19, 2021 began outside where participants sang Christmas carols, led by Barbary Grant on ukulele.

This gave time for the orchestra and choirs of VPC + Ladera Community Church to prepare for their collaborative musical offering,

"The Seven Joys of Christmas."
