My name is April Brucker. I’m a Vegas-based actress, author, comedian, ventriloquist, and television personality.  Often recognized as “That Puppet Girl” from “My Strange Addiction,” John Katsilometes of the Las Vegas Review-Journal nicknamed me “the Vegas ventriloquial vixen.”

I recently released my book, 250 Years of American Ventriloquism – How Ventriloquism Influenced American Culture, and will spend the next year presenting my program Hidden Voices: The Story of 250 Years of American Ventriloquism at libraries, museums, historical societies, and performing arts schools, while continuing to perform at comedy clubs, theaters, and corporate events. www.AprilBrucker.TV

Jack Lorenzo continues to inspire the next decade of musicians here in Vegas! His book How to Succeed In the Music Industry helped me elevate and distribute my own podcast this year.

He played EDC this year and the top of the Palms, and hit off the opening night of Saffron Afterhours lounge. Learning how to step up and reinvent himself in the most competitive city in the world is why I appreciate his insight and friendship.
