Dr. Brigham Woods is a board licensed physical therapist specializing in orthopedic physical therapy and the owner of Polaris PT and wellness. He received his doctorate from the University Southern California and post doctorate training there as well. Dr. Woods also holds his undergraduate degree in exercise science from Brigham Young University. He’s a residency trained board-certified orthopedic specialist (0CS). He is also a level one CrossFit trainer and certified in levels one and two Synergistic Dry Needling.
