She is in her 3rd year teaching Adapted physical education at the middle school and high school level and in the first portion of the interview she gives a great breakdown of IEP's. An IEP is crucial for all educators to understand and be a part of so this is a great lesson for all teachers.

Today Brennan goes into detail on his Pillars for success for Wave Volleyball. One of these leads to him having recruiting coordinators for both his boy and girls to help them find a path to play college volleyball. He also goes into a new program that he is running to help make a bigger impact on their lives and help them with life skills. This program is called LAB and is a mash up of school ASB and Buddy Programs where older players talk and work with younger players.
