Johnoi Josephs is a secondary school Humanities teacher, specializing in RE and Citizenship at a school in South London. He is also the Head of Year 7 in his third year of teaching. Outside of work, he co-founded an organisation called Black Men Tch that aims to build a community for Black Male Teachers that challenges stereotypes and changes the narrative.
