 Carin Jayne Casey is just now out with her new book Stand with Your Armor on, sharing resources to handle daily conflicts and challenges through faith. The two main themes are putting on the full armor (Ephesians 6:10) and the Biblical principle of sowing and reaping (Galatians 6:7-9). Carin has been through more hardships and trauma than most, from childhood abuse to domestic violence and recently losing her son. She is very dedicated to sharing her experience and helping others. Julie is passionate about sharing her story of being the wife of an alcoholic.  She found herself in a situation that she never asked for and felt completely alone, unseen, and unheard.  It was years of trauma that she wasn't sure she would get through.  She not only lived through it, but she's now thriving with her now sober husband (4 years sober!).  She is now working with wives of alcoholics through her business, Married To Addiction.  Her mission is to seek out those women who are hiding in the dark; ashamed of what is going on in their family; feeling like they cannot talk to anyone about what is going on for fear of being judged.  She wants to let them know they are not alone, that they are seen, not just by her but that God sees them.  She provides support, tools, and powerful prayers to help wives of alcoholics rise above the situation they find themselves in.
