This is part 3 of my conversation with Yosef Lee, Yosef is a Lawyer and a Multifamily Investor/Syndicator. Yosef began investing in cash-flowing multifamily apartments as a means of generating passive income streams, building generational wealth, and providing a financial fortress for his children.
