Today I had the opportunity to speak with Bo Brabo. Robert “Bo” started in the US Army as the Chief of HR Operations with the White House Communications Agency and Presidential Communications Officer for both Presidents Bush and Obama. He then served in several executive positions including, most recently, Vice President of Human Resources, where his focus has always been on people and bringing in military-like values into the leadership field.
