This episode of Bainology Thursday Thoughts is a salute to my #1 mentor in my career, the late-great Mike Hamilton former University of Tennessee AD, who passed away this past week.  Serving as a mentor is a tremendous honor to a mentee and a special and valuable skill to share with someone. This episode will highlight some of the special skills that Mike shared with me to help enhance my 28 year career in collegiate athletic administration.   Thank you Mike.
