In this episode, I talk about reflecting back on your life journey and being inspired by all that you have achieved!! As I self reflect, I am beyond inspired by how far I have come. Forgiving and accepting all that I am and seeing possibilities instead of lack is a huge accomplishment. Since 2018, I started a journey to remember who I am and from them until now, I am so much more confident and stronger than I was! My progress has inspired to continue going. In this episode, I talk about how being fearless will help you accomplish all your dreams and desires!! There’s one thing that keeps showing up whenever I’m about to do something new…FEAR!! Fear stops me from taking the next step outside the box. Fear is False Evidence Appearing Real so whenever it raise it’s head now, I look and see where it’s coming from. I observe and analyze it and then I just let it go and step outside the box anyway. When I do step outside, great things happens for me! Don’t let fear stop your from reaching your destiny!! You are worthy of the best life. Always remember that perfect love cast out fear. Also where God is there is no fear! Believing in your value, your worth and knowing that you are a powerful, limitless being will align you with all that you want and also help you on this life journey. In episode 2, As You are, You Become, I talk about the realities that you are creating for yourself. Whatever you believe about yourself, you become. This is an opportunity to observe your thoughts, words and your action and completely get to know yourself. I started a journey to get to know myself a couple of years ago and it’s the most rewarding adventure that I am on. So many ups and downs but in all of it, my authenticity stands out now more than ever.

In this episode, I talk about how I became present to guilt in my life and how I began letting go of the guilt that was crippling me and preventing me from moving forward on this life journey. Listen in as I discuss how I began to heal my guilt through forgiveness and acceptance.

In this episode, I talk about coming to the full realization that hurt people really do hurt people. Even something that we think is innocent or harmless can really hurt someone and that hurt can stay with them for a lifetime. Something that you may have forgotten may have stayed with someone else and change the whole course of their lives. Imagine, one action changing someone’s life in an instant and you don’t even realize. Saying or doing something to an innocent child can cause harm generations later. In this episode, I talked about returning to the version of you that was authentic and real! As we grow and evolve, we learn new things about ourselves based on the experiences we manifest! Sometimes in our evolution, we need to take a time out to reflect back from where we came from to where we are today. Taking that time out is an opportunity to quiet our minds and connect back to our innocence. That innocence is voiceless and noiseless.
