I finished talking about how to add more oomph and happiness into your day to support snacking habits! Snacking can be a habit; I also see it coming from a lack of fulfilment in daily life. Getting home feeling drained, fed up and generally like there was nothing joyful in the day, are you snacking to find some fun or a reward at the end of a day of giving, giving, giving?
