In Cold Storage, Marco Giovanni begins his first true night alone in the Twin Cities. The luxury of safety is gone; what remains is obligation, silence, and the cold certainty of family business.
With Rita Giovanni vanished into her own affairs and the Prince’s expectations hanging over him, Marco must navigate a city that feels alive and hostile in equal measure. His haven—an austere riverside loft—becomes both sanctuary and prison as he learns that service in Minneapolis comes with strange and unsettling duties.
When a new task arrives, Marco discovers the delicate balance between secrecy and survival. Every decision becomes a small act of faith—faith that the dead stay quiet, that his allies remain loyal, and that the line between piety and perversion can still hold.
Cold Storage captures the quiet dread of adaptation: the stillness before the first real move in a city of predators.
About the Chronicle
“Eidolon” is the fourth major arc in the Twin Cities by Night Vampire: the Masquerade continuity — following Negligence, Homecoming, and Dread — yet it also stands alone as an introspective, horror-laced drama.
Set in the fall of 2010, Eidolon explores themes of death, obligation, and the unseen cost of power. The story follows Marco Giovanni, a necromancer drawn into the Twin Cities by the command of an elder, where he must expand his clan’s reach while contending with his own haunted past.
A duet chronicle between Adam (as Marco Giovanni) and Chris (as Storyteller), Eidolon continues Twin Cities by Night’s tradition of exploring the personal horror at the heart of Vampire: the Masquerade — this time, through the eyes of one man bound by ghosts both living and dead.
