If you sleep next to someone who snores, you lose on average, 1 hour of sleep per night, and are woken up 20 times! Maybe the 'terrible' teens wouldn't be so bad if teens started classes later as per the CDC recommendation. Are Success and good sleep connected? Dolphins sleep with one eye open and half of their brain awake. Ray and Spencer agree that the world would be a better place if we all slept properly.

What is it about sports that makes it such a powerful tool for nation building, politics, business and propaganda? 3.6 billion people tuned in to watch the last Olympics — the most  watched event in human history. 'All' The next 24 most watched television broadcasts in history are all sports events, almost entirely either Olympics or World Cup Soccer. Ray believes there's a tribal element at play. Spencer posits vicariousness.

Artificial Intelligence is already here, but it's about to profoundly transform our world. Ray believes it's the biggest thing since farming and pottery. Spencer believes that a machine might be willing to date him.

We are dependent on other nations for vaccines, personal protective equipment, ventilators, and medicine.
