Miguel Cuj, awarded Guatemalan graduate student talked to us about how he got into Anthropology trough working with Maya women in nutritional issues and how he approaches nutrition from a language point of view.

Miguel's paper "Maya K'iche' Food Groups and Its implications for Guatemalan Food Guidelines" has been recently accepted for publication at the Food and Nutrition Bulletine. Click here if you want to know more about Miguel work as a Anthropology Ph.D. student at Vanderbilt University.
