In October 2023, Ray Frank and Kendall Horst, of Lancaster Aero Aircraft, travelled from Pennsylvania to dismantle and transport a damaged VANs Aircraft RV6. The RV6 was damaged after a hard landing. Working on the ramp at the Toronto Buttonville Municipal Airport before the closure of the airport, Ray and Kendall had their hands full taking the aircraft wings, tail and landing gear off in order to fit the parts into a small truck.
