We sat back down with Scott from Fermentologists and sat for a first time with Zac from Resolute Brewing Company, and oh boy did we cover some ground. Scott filled us in on the amazing brewery project he and his homebrew club did for their upcoming 3rd anniversary party on September 24, and Zac blasted Scott all episode for not liking black IPAs.
