We’re really excited to share today’s episode, which a collection of outtakes from our recent video interview with Marcus Evans. If you want to see the interview in its entirety, you can find it on our website at www.vcuramnation.com.

Marcus Evans is approaching his final season as a VCU Ram. He enters the season averaging a team-leading 13.6 points, 3.2 assists, and 3.1 rebounds per game. He overcame two Achilles' tendon surgeries to return to the court where he made All-Conference in 2018-19. He is now 100% recovered from those injuries as well as a bone bruise injury in his knee he suffered during the Atlantic 10 tournament the past March.

Evans took some time out of his busy schedule to sit down with us for a chat.

VCU Ram Radio analyst Michael Litos joins us on the podcast to talk about VCU heading into the Atlantic 10 tournament as a #1 seed.

We are honored to have Mr. Aaron Evans on our podcast, he's the father of VCU's starting point guard Marcus Evans. Aaron took the time to talk with us about Marcus Evans following Mike Rhoades to VCU, as well as the painful process of dealing with a 2nd achilles tear. He's been to almost every VCU game this season, and has been a VCU fan since well before Marcus' commitment to VCU.

VCU currently sits at 1st place in the Atlantic 10 after a 34 point home win over Rhode Island (and after Davidson lost to Dayton at home). We sat down to talk about how well the Rams are playing as of late. We also discuss some of our favorite things about the Atlantic 10 tournament in Brooklyn.

We sat down to talk with 2019 VCU commit Tre Clark. He's a 6'3 guard from Covington, GA. VCU was quick to pursue a commitment from Tre after his stock soared with an incredible showing at the Tournament of Champions Holiday Classic where he averaged 27 points, 8 assists and 7 rebounds.

In this episode, we talk about VCU's recents 3 game win streak, with wins over Duquesne, George Mason, and George Washington. We discuss the upcoming matchup with St. Bonaventure, and our thoughts on the roster.
