The Monday afternoon crew  spoke with James Metcalfe live on air in Belgium on his walk to Coburg from the Isle of Wight.
Its an epic walk he started on 12th April 2026 , all the way to Coburg in Germany - a total of 711 miles.
Currently James will have completed 280 miles by the end of Monday 4th May 2026 and his fundraiser currently stands at £4,000
This journey is about pushing limits and raising as much as possible for two important charities.
