Crying is good for the soul, no more avoiding the pain let’s deal with it and heal.

Allow God to speak for you. And remember this battle is not yours, it’s the Lords.

It order to fully grow you have to do the work to heal but you also have to break those patterns that caused so much pain.

Life can throw you some curve balls but you have to stay positive and smile through it all.
