Ricardo was born and raised in La Paz, Mexico and moved with his family to Las Vegas at the age of 13. Growing up in a rough neighborhood, Ricardo’s passion for BMX riding was fostered during his high school years. He signed on as a professional athlete at the age of 18 and won the "King of Dirt" competition, making him the #1 Latin and South American Dirt Jumper in the world. Ricardo is a frequent competitor in major tournaments, including: The Dew Action Sports Tour, Gravity Games, Nokia Fise, and BMX Masters among others. He has performed in shows worldwide and has hosted his own Action Sports and Music Festival in Las Vegas for the past 11 years called "The Ricardo Laguna BMX Dirt Challenge" at Extreme Thing.

Outside of his BMX career, Ricardo started investing in the Las Vegas real estate market in 2003. He has also been recognized as an accomplished sportscaster, including being the first Spanish-speaking announcer at the X-Games. Ricardo has been featured in numerous magazines and television shows and in March 2012, Ricardo premiered in The Ricardo Laguna Project, on MTV Tr3s and MTV Latin America – a reality series that offers a glimpse into Ricardo’s multifaceted life.

Ricardo is active in the Las Vegas community through his work with numerous charitable organizations with a special emphasis on promoting bike helmet safety. He is also the co-founder of Celebrando HispanicFest, an annual cultural event held in Las Vegas.

Victor has a unique story originally growing up in Russia. He began his career in vehicle sales and purchasing vehicles at auctions at the age of 23 years old. He used to sell all makes and models of vehicles until purchasing his first BMW, a 1999 e36 328i with over 200,000 miles on the odometer. He completely fell in love with the BMW design, performance, and craftsmanship, and decided from that point forward he would be selling nothing but BMWs. 
Victor ended up working on his own vehicles and inventory up until the age of 26 at which point decided to open his own automotive repair shop and deliver a totally different experience from what he had been getting from local repair shops and dealerships.

BMW Only was founded in 2012 (recently rebranding their name to WERKSTATTE) with humble beginnings at their most recent location. Working out of crude metal buildings, while their customer waiting experience was less than ideal, their reputation for honest and fair work apparently spread around the Las Vegas valley. In the years following their opening, they expanded, multiple times until ultimately outgrowing their patchwork facility. In a concerted effort to improve their efficiency, services offered, and the customer experience, they endeavored to construct a facility from the ground up. 

In 2020, WERKSTATTE completed construction of their brand new 11,000 square foot facility that brings  dealership level of service and capacity, while keeping their customers' prices low. They specialize in repairs for both BMWs along with Rolls-Royce vehicles.

Chase “Checkmate” is a West Philadelphia Native who’s left hook and agility lead him to Las Vegas where he trained with some of the top trainers in the sport and on his last two fights was trained by Jeff Mayweather. Chase fought for years and maintained an undefeated fighting record before retiring from the sport for health reasons. After retirement, Chase decided to stay in his new home Las Vegas and began investing his money in other business ventures. 
Chase is now the proud owner of Philly Freeze-Me, which is also known as “the best Italian ice on the west coast.” He decided to open his own Italian ice store to bring a taste of the East to the West since often times, he missed the Italian ice that he enjoyed regularly as a kid. Philly Freeze-Me has multiple locations throughout the Las Vegas Valley and is in the works to open stores in other states along the West Coast.
