... heading flowers or even direct sowing seeds or things like that. This book though is a great guide ...
I believe I never really thought of myself as a person with a green thumb and whom you will see walking in a garden and dead heading flowers or even direct sowing seeds or things like that. This book though is a great guide for beginners (like me) to get educated on the vital basics novices need to know about gardening, specifically vegetable gardening. The author started with the kind of soil a gardener needs to use, when artificial lighting is required, watering your plants during the cool part of the day to the different fertilizers needed etc. Who knows when I retire I could just stay in a peaceful countryside and grow my own garden? At least I already know the basics.
Great Beginner Guide
I've been wanting to do some vegetable gardening for the last few years, but I didn't know where to start. After seeing this gem on Amazon I had to buy it. I'm a total beginner but I learnt so much from this. You'll learn about why you need to garden (especially when you read about what goes into supermarket vegetables) all the way down to the nitty gritty of how to garden. 5 star book.
A must read for any future gardener i would even recommend it to teens interested in gradening

A must read for any future gardener i would even recommend it to teens interested in gradening! 5/5
Thank you for great tips and thoughts!
A well written guide for a beginner gardener, on what to observe and to do, whenever he/she decides to garden. The detailed directions are very much appreciated and should be carefully read before deciding what to grow. So glad I read it before I got started!
