Welcome to episode 4 of our Origin Story series. We invite you to join our Future Selves as we reflect and comment on the Vegetation session from exactly a year ago, where we first connected with many of the themes that are still relevant to us today and named this sacred practice of Vegetation.
This episode, In Service of the Self is the direct continuation of the last episode where we talked about fear and healing around losing control of our bodies. Today, we dive into the ways our connection to the Self is colonized out of us, the ways that we feel unworthy of love, and how we can struggle to trust ourselves in situations–like birth–that are natural and timeless.
Join us as we navigate these complexities with each other and with you. Know that as we record, edit and produce our conversations we hold you, the listener, as a person in the discussion. You taking the time to listen in and process your own experiences alongside us is an act of decolonization.
