It's been a long while, phew! Welcome back!

Sat down for a little chat over the mic with my friend Ryan sometime back in mid March. There aren't real appetizers with this meal; the whole thing is the main course, served with dessert on the side as Ryan and I don't really love small talk. It's a great meal, though, spiced with flavours of talks on racism, homophobia/gayism(we're trying to make it stick), faith and spirituality. The dessert flavours are just all the ways in which Ryan and I roast each other throughout the whole conversation. Enjoy the course. And for those of you that stayed: thank you for waiting at the table even though I never specified when I'd serve the next meal. Much appreciation from me to you.

This one's an exciting meal. I got to sit down with one my favourite humans; Kija. She's an absolute joy--so full of wisdom and gentleness. It's a privilege for that I got to get inside her head and got to see her heart for a hot minute. Consider yourselves blessed/lucky that you get to see a little bit of her heart too.
