Entrevista a Marina Sanz. Bióloga, Monitor Ambiental y miembro SEO Segovia. Nos habla de vencejos y de su proyecto del lobo ibérico.
Amanda Masha es Co-directora y Comisaria del Instituto Mutante de Narrativas Ambientales. Manuel Alméstar es investigador y gestor de proyectos en el Centro de Innovación en Tecnología para el Desarrollo Humano de la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (itdUPM). Ambos nos hablan de su trabajo en el proyecto del Instituto Mutante de Narrativas Ambientales, y de cómo el vencejo ha servido de inspiración a los eventos y contenidos que se desarrollan en el Espacio Matadero de Madrid.
Fito Conesa ofreció el viernes 21 de junio de 2019, en la Nave 16 de Matadero Madrid, el taller 'Comunicador Inter-especial I. La predicción de la gallineta común y el vencejo'. Partiendo de estudios científicos específicos y del uso de relatos de ficción, el creador propone imaginar una situación de crisis medioambiental en el entorno de Matadero y averiguar cómo se podría transmitir un mensaje de alerta en cadena entre seres de diferentes especies. Bajo la dirección de Amanda Masha Caminals, expertos en cambio climático, biólogos, ingenieros de telecomunicaciones y público participaron en un ejercicio de co-creación de nuevas narrativas ambientales cuyo punto de partida son dos aves habitantes de Madrid Río: la gallineta común y el vencejo. Emilio Blanco Castro es Doctor en Biología por la Universidad Autónoma y el Real Jardín Botánico de Madrid. Atesora más de 35 años de experiencia en el campo de la Botánica y ciencias afines. Ha trabajado sobre todo en Geobotánica, ecología vegetal, conservación vegetal, divulgación ambiental y Etnobotánica. Como etnobotánico es uno de los pioneros en este campo en España, habiendo trabajado en muchas regiones, con cerca de una decena de libros publicados (sólo o en colaboración) y múltiples trabajos científicos y divulgativos. En la actualidad es consultor y tiene su propio Estudio de Botánico. Es miembro de Colegio Oficial de Biólogos de Madrid.
