A conversation with a friend inspired this episode. A conversation that circled around self esteem, confidence and ego. I have the opinion that no one truly has optimal self esteem, the people who seem like they do just have a steady fighting spirit, because they understand life and it's tendency to devalue you and your confidence if you don't put up a fight.
