Pastor Timothy explains what it means to “Give thanks in all things” shows that thanksgiving’s source and aim is God himself and challenges us ..As our hope is found in God. As we praise him, we defy painful circumstances by saying God is in control and that he is good. When we praise him in calm and “good” circumstances, biblical gratitude reminds us of our good and gracious God! Therefore, let us rejoice with steadfast thanksgiving.

Pastor Timothy continues in the I AM series with: I am the good Shepherd and shows that without a shepherd we (the sheep) would kill ourselves.

Romans 16:21-27

Pastor Timothy started his challenge to us by quoting from John Piper ” God is most glorified in us when we are most satisfied in him” So Ventura through Jesus Christ and his gospel message, glory in God’s glory. Preach the gospel to yourself and believe that he takes people from various backgrounds, various strengths and weaknesses. He then unites us together so that his glory might be savored among another generation. Therefore, may we be a people pursing Jesus together; exalting God, edifying the church and evangelizing the world. Let us glory in his glory!
