This is week one of a series focused discovering the power of community. God created us to function best in a community. We are better together! This week we look at the earl church in Acts to see how they modeled this togetherness and the difference it made.

We've all made mistakes, experienced failure, and dealt with sin. And the result is Guilt. How do we worship God from a place of being guilty? Let's take a look at how King David worked through a major sin and guilt in HIs life through the prayer he penned in Psalm 51. 

Happiness can be hard to hold onto. Someone once said "happiness is slippery." But God offers something better, Joy. Today we explore Psalm 126 and the question of finding joy even when life is hard. 

We spend a lot of time celebrating things that we thing are great. It comes very naturally to us. And no one deserves or desires as much celebration as our God. We call that celebration of greatness worship. Let's take a look at Psalm 103 and what it can teach us about worshiping God. 

Few things can move a group of people like a song. It's no surprise that the Bible has a book completely devoted to songs of worship. Songs to God and about God. This week we dive into our first of the series, Psalm 42. What does it mean to quench the spiritual thirst of our soul? Let's talk about that. 

In this final week of our Study through 1 Timothy, we take a look at a battle strategy for taking on greed and other sins that place material things on the throne of our hearts. This final chapter is rich with teaching on overcoming the pitfalls of this world. 

This week, Joe Cartwright brings a lesson about the dangers of comparison and the joys of leaning in to who God created you to be. 

This week we move on through our study in 1 Timothy to chapter 5. As this letter to Timothy progresses, Paul addresses a group of overlooked people in need of special love.
