Wendy Williams Movie "What a Mess" Review. In life everything is not what it looks like. Although Wendy Williams have aired out other people's dirty laundry of drama and broke up a few homes. She is still human and she was just doing her job.  It's now Wendy Williams job to air her own dirty laundry of success, lies, cheating and much drama in her own life.  Her marriage has been on the rocks for years but she kept an image up until it became a HOT MESS! Well its time to dish the dirt as she would say.  

My review depicts a Wendy Williams that had some childhood trauma issues, over achiever and insecurities. Wendy Williams is a driven woman in her business but was verbally abused at home. Quite honestly, I believe she was married to a Narcissist. Let's talk about it.

In Relationships we have to go through a series of events to find joy.  There are many challenges and test to go through in order to build healthy relationships. Push pass the negativity and build on the positivity while developing a healthy interactions.

Coping with changes can be tough.  Dealing with Grief and Loss is something that can change your life for good. But you can create new memories to coincide with the new normal. 

We are all facing some type of grief and loss during this COVID-19 pandemic.  There are stages to grief and according to what I read in an article by Elisabeth Kubler Ross and David Kessler.  I've experienced and researched different scenarios of how people manage with grief and loss of a loved one, jobs, relationships and failed business adventures.  The key factor is that you can get up from it mentally and thrive again. 

Vera's Radio Show will be talking about healing before getting into another Relationship. There are men who jump right into a relationship right after ending one.  Where is the time to heal?  It's okay to be alone for a season.  Women should not accept a ring just because she desires to get married.  A women should take time to clean up a few things so that things would move smoothly in a new relationship. There are no twelve step lessons we must all do the work to become a better person.
