Ep Title: Live Well, Rebel: A body-positive fitness journey of Badassery & Motorcycles
.
In my constant desire to showcase the diversity of things in urban culture
.
I wanted to
Introduce the world to the motorcycle culture that lives and thrives within the urban areas of New york & new jersey
.
I wanted to talk about body positivity, physical health as well mental health
.
And lastly, I wanted to talk about manhood, growing up in urban culture as a male with all the potentially negative programming that may come with and how it’s possible to be both NON-toxic and masculine without getting overwhelmed with political correctness.

In this episode, I wanted to talk about vaccines but I didn’t want to take the same divisive angle that’s seen all too often in the media. Instead, I wanted to dig deeper and see if there's something else there. And what I believe I found was something far more unifying than separating. What I found was love, more specifically a mother’s love.
In this episode, I got the opportunity to sit down with my production mentor and friend, Wilkis “ideology” Figuereo CEO and founder of Itec Audio Studios. And man, the conversation truly took on a life of its own. We talked shop about studio gear, the evolution of the music business, racial injustice, leadership and the importance of mentorship, especially in urban culture.
The experience was really dope and I hope you guys find value from the conversation. ~alx.O

In this episode, I wanted to focus on purpose and the power one can attain by identifying and tapping into one's own purpose. And I couldn't think of anyone better than the multi-talented recording artist Ki Bohiti of the Hudson County NJ based 7Triiibes/BARELY LIVING MOVEMENT. Ki Bohiti [pronounced, Key bo hee tee], beyond music, is also a painter, entrepreneur, and a long-standing urban community leader in the charge to help save the planet while educating urban culture on how to become self-sustaining and more conscience of mental and physical health and nutrition. He is perhaps one of the most fascinating minds I've ever had the privilege of interacting with and it's with great pleasure I offer you this conversation. We talked about so much from his origin story, to social economics, health, mental condition, racism and so much more.
In this episode I wanted to explore something that I didn't think many people readily equated with urban culture, the outdoors. And so I asked my good friend Joe to come on the show and talk about growing up in urban culture and how the outdoors has had such a positive impact on his life. And man did the conversation take on a life of it's own. We talked about everything from hiking to the zombie apocalypse, and so much more...
As the first episode of the podcast I wanted to introduce myself and my ideas. I believe wholeheartedly in everything I talk about and my goal is to help urban culture shine. Maybe it's selfish but I love my culture and IDGAF if you don't.
