When we don't observe the whole of time, we become like trains running off the rails at high speed. Some people obsess over the past, but ignore the present and future. Others fixate on the future but do not order their present. This is true outside of the Church and within the Church

Catholics are starting to come as unhinged as those in the secular world. The world needs us to be better than that. The world needs us to be always rational, reasoned, and inclined to mercy and justice. I also have a few things to say about the recent appointments to the Congregation for Divine Worship, the election, my views on Catholics voting for Donald Trump, and a very real warning against Catholics voting for 3rd party candidates.

The culture of death is a culture of fear. The world conditions people to be afraid of that which God has made Good; afraid of His highest blessings—family, children, and His Church.

Catholics have to remember to LIVE and BE in a spirit of thanksgiving—a response of love to the Love of God that we receive all day, every day. Thanksgiving is not emotional, it’s substantial. It is tenderness, and power, and it orders us to God in a very unique way.
