The premise of the title is simple and pertains to ufos/aliens.

Various things, such as planes and ships, lost in the Bermuda Triangle many years earlier begin turning up in the most unlikely places which sets off a global investigation involving the UN and the military that is lead by a noted French scientist.

Back in the good ole U.S. Of A  a bunch of everyday folk are buzzed by ufos and have a common thought imprinted into their minds. It's either a image or musical notes. Like an obsession, they play the tune, draw the image or as in the case of Richard Dreyfuss's character, sculpt it.

This of course leads to bring down their normal lives and in some cases relationships because they just seem plain loco!

Meanwhile the investigative team have learnt what the image and tunes actually mean and go about hiding it all from the public with a massive whitewash.

But just how determined are a few to get answers that continue to torment their every waking thought?
