Community groups in the Avon Valley have joined forces under a Federal Government plan to tackle the scourge of ice, drugs and alcohol at a grass-roots level, delivering support to help those battling drug and alcohol addiction. I had a chat this morning with Sharin Milner from the Alcohol and Drug Foundation about the rolling out of groups and programs through our Avon Valley region.

This morning there throughout News headlines there was much dicussion around the Police Union and the pay dispute with the State Governement- there's expected to be an emergency meeting held with the Premier Mark McGowan today. Here is Aunty Fils 2 cents and more on it :)

Five gentlemen, a 1947 pantha bike in the mix and a ride across Australia raising funds for prostate cancer and suicide prevention. Here is a chat I had with Bruce Sharman who's confirmed they've made it all over there safely and what a ride it was :)

Have a listen in to a review of what sounds and looks like a great film. Awesome having John on to talk films espicially from the eras of which we play those classic hits from, 60s, 70s & 80s.
